Tua Tee Ba
I first learned of this name when I was following closely the news of the Little India Riot. I was shocked and curious. 'A riot in Singapore?'. It was inconceivable. Singapore is an orderly and well-secured country where freedom of mobility is guaranteed by good policing and national security. Tua Tee Ba's name came up in the investigation of the Little India Riot. His sharp inquisition, directness, and clarity of the situation impressed me. Here is his Red-Cross journey.
